  • Estimated Time: Within 24 hours.

  • Best for: When you need your kitchen essentials or gadgets urgently.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Availability: Nationwide.

  • Process: Pay only when you receive your product at your doorstep.

  • Note: A small advance may be required for certain high-value items or outside-Dhaka orders.

Exchange or Return of Goods

7-Day Easy Return/Exchange

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The product is unused and unwashed.

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories are included.

  • You have the proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days through your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank).
